Here is a typical day selling houses during covid pandemic.

A typical real estate day goes like this… buyer calls to see a new listing… I call to schedule an appointment but find the schedule is blacked out.. Call to listing agent reveals that “Sorry, we already have 5 strong over asking offers”… and so it goes. Folks if you have a house to sell, this is the best time in history. Do not wait on fixing things, selling things.. get that on the market before your window of opportunity is gone.
